Technical Description The SteriValves Linear Pneumatic Vibrator is an accessory designed to assist in the release and flow of powders and bulk solids from containers, hoppers, bins, cones, and piping. It is especially effective for products that tend to compact or adhere to surfaces, hindering regular flow.
Thanks to its Venturi suction-cup mounting system, the vibrator adheres to smooth, low-curvature surfaces without the need for welding or drilling, allowing quick installation even on existing systems. The vibration frequency can be adjusted by regulating compressed air pressure, offering maximum flexibility in use.
It is also available in versions equipped with a safety cable and vacuum non-return valve, ensuring reliable operation even in the event of power loss.
