SteriFlange – Mounting Flange for Sanitary Modular Systems
SteriFlange is an ultra-sanitary mounting flange designed to simplify and make the installation and removal of valves in modular systems more ergonomic.
Its innovative design features a weldable collar for direct attachment to pipelines or process equipment, and a front flange with a guiding profile that ensures quick and precise valve centering.
Equipped with a bayonet coupling system, SteriFlange allows the valve to be secured using dedicated pins inserted into shaped slots, enabling a single operator to perform installation quickly, safely, and without tools.
The hygienic sealing gasket, positioned to eliminate dead zones and facilitate cleaning, ensures compliance with international standards such as EHEDG, cGMP, and FDA.
SteriFlange is available in a complete range of configurations to meet various process requirements:
- Discharge connections for valves, allowing controlled product flow.
- Dust-free connections to prevent powder dispersion.
- Quick centering interfaces as an ergonomic and more hygienic alternative to traditional Tri-Clamp systems.
