SteriPlate
The SteriPlate is an accessory designed to ensure a hermetic seal either under vacuum or overpressure conditions. It is compatible with the SteriValves modular system valves and with SteriFlange ultra-sanitary connections.
During periods of inactivity, maintenance, or valve disassembly, the cap protects the butterfly disc and prevents cross-contamination, product leakage, or the ingress of external agents into the system.
It can also be used to temporarily close process lines when the valve is removed, ensuring the continuity of the sanitary conditions of the circuit.
Manufactured in high-quality stainless steel, the cap can be installed quickly and securely using standard clamps, guaranteeing ease of use, cleanability, and full compliance with the sector’s hygiene and safety requirements (cGMP, FDA, EHEDG).
